Adult Programme

Our Adult programme is based on the International Tennis Federation (ITF) philosophy that tennis is for everyone. Regardless of your age or playing ability you can enjoy the game of a life time. Tennis is a fantastic way for players to have a fun full-body workout while enjoying time outdoors.

The programme includes a combination of fed ball drills, live ball drills, competitive drills and match play tactics.

The adult sessions can also be combined with physical conditioning sessions.

 

Individual and Group sessions:

  • Each group will have a coach-player ratio of 1 to 4.
  • Individual time slots: 9:30 - 12:30
  • Morning Group Training: 10:30 to 12:00 (On court and cardio training) Monday to Friday.
  • Individual sessions scheduled around the group session time slots.
