Player Wellness Program 2017

Introduction:

The Player Wellness program is a program that makes use of tennis as a medium to improve a player’s performance but MOST IMPORTANTLY to improve a player as a more efficient individual. Various aspects to assist players to be more efficient individuals in their daily activities outside of tennis will be looked at.

At Sinnet ITA, Cape Town we strive to improve players on court to their greatest potential. We pride ourselves in assisting players to achieve a healthy life, mentally and physically.
